The building, which is surrounded by a large garden, includes the following:

There are two large bedrooms: a double bed room (Michele) and a triple bed room (Arianna), all provided with an en-suite and shower recess; the rooms are also equipped with separate air conditioning units, and LCD TV screen and a wireless network.

A living room is furnishes with period furniture and musical instruments where you can rest, possibly reading the books in the library.

A rustic-style kitchen overlooking the garden where breakfast is served from 8 to 9.30 a.m.; the smorgasbord continues until 10.30 a.m
